#### 1. Project Goal & Success Criteria

Your task is to close one domestic (your country) B2B sale of **Brumata**, a platform for structured project execution in the EPC industry. The minimum sale is a **1-year subscription for 10 users**, signed via formal contract and EULA.

You are free to choose your own approach — LinkedIn, phone, email, in-person — as long as you work within your **home country** and can reach relevant industry stakeholders. You will receive a **fixed project fee upon successful close**, with additional compensation depending on the number of users included.

#### 2. What Success Looks Like

* One Brumata contract closed with a qualified organization
* Signed End User License Agreement (EULA)
* Minimum subscription: 10 users, 1-year term
* Sale occurs within your country
* All client-facing steps managed professionally

#### 3. Fixed Price & Bonus Structure

You are not paid hourly. This is a result-based contract with a fixed fee for performance:

* **Fixed Fee for Minimum Sale (10 users)**: \$595 USD
* **Bonus per Additional User**: \$59.50 USD
**Milestones:**
1: 10% Submit a list of 10–15 qualified domestic EPC leads, each with contact name, role, and relevance notes. \$59.50 USD
2: 20% Hold initial conversations with at least 3 qualified leads and share summaries of discussion and engagement status. \$119.00 USD
3: 30% Submit a tailored proposal including EULA and quote(s) to at least one active lead for review and signature. \$178.50 USD
4: 40% Negotiate and secure a signed Brumata contract for at least 10 users with one domestic client. (Bonus for larger sales) \$238.00 USD

**Earnings Examples:**

* 10-user order → \$595 total
* 25-user order → \$595 + \$892.50 bonus = **\$1,487.50**
* 50-user order → \$595 + \$2,380 bonus = **\$2,975**
* 100-user order → \$595 + \$5,355 bonus = **\$5,950**

You keep full compensation for any deal you close. There is no cap. EPC organizations often require 25–100+ licenses, depending on scope and setup.
