US-Based Sales Closer for Digital Marketing Agency (Warm Leads)

I’m looking for a US-based (or native-level American accent) Sales Closer to run Strategy Sessions, follow up with warm leads, and close deals for our digital marketing agency. Leads come from our internal lead generation system, and you will be responsible for diagnosing needs, presenting solutions, and closing offers in the $2,000 to $5,000 range.

This is a performance-driven role with commission-based compensation and the potential for long-term collaboration.

• Deliverables:
• - Run Strategy Sessions (15–20 min) with warm leads
• - Follow structured discovery and closing scripts
• - Conduct warm outreach follow-ups via DM, email, and phone
• - Close deals consistently and meet weekly KPIs
• - Update lead statuses and notes in our Notion CRM
• - Maintain pipeline hygiene and communication with the Lead Gen VA
• - Provide weekly activity summary and sales report
