Bookkeeping Help - Personal and One member LLC

Bookkeeper / Accountant Needed — Personal + LLC Finances, System Setup & Expense Tracking

Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to review and organize my personal finances from the past 2 years, as well as my single-member LLC. You will categorize transactions, structure everything in accounting software and/or spreadsheets, and help me develop a clean, repeatable financial system going forward.

This project includes both historical cleanup and future-oriented financial systems design.

Goals

Review & categorize 2 years of personal financial transactions

Review & categorize 1 year of transactions for a one-person LLC (minimal revenue)

Input data into bookkeeping software (QuickBooks / Wave / FreshBooks / etc.) and/or Excel/Google Sheets

Build a simple and efficient ongoing system to track:

Daily spending

Fixed monthly costs

Business operating expenses

Tax-deductible expenses

Profit & loss for my web design business

Create a daily cash-flow clarity system so I know:

My daily cost of living

How much I can spend daily on food/variable expenses

Monthly cash burn rate

Budget & spending dashboards

Deliverables

Organized books for the past 2 years (personal) + LLC

Clean categorization of all expenses

Spreadsheet and/or accounting software setup

Easy-to-use workflow for daily expense input

Simple financial dashboard or template for ongoing use

Recommendations for tools & best practices

Ideal Candidate

Strong bookkeeping/accounting experience

Familiar with U.S. personal + small business finances

Experience setting up books for a new business (no payroll, single-member LLC)

Comfortable analyzing and categorizing personal spending

Can build templates/dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets

Clear communicator and able to explain financial systems simply

Bonus: experience helping freelancers/solopreneurs create budgeting systems

Software Experience Preferred

QuickBooks / Wave / FreshBooks / Xero

Google Sheets / Excel

One-time setup + training, with potential for ongoing monthly bookkeeping and financial review
