Brand Designer for Creative Agency (Long-Term Collaboration)

I run a design agency and I’m looking for a brand designer to join me on multiple client projects. This is not a quick-logo job—you’ll be working on full branding systems, translating strategy into visual identity, and building professional deliverables that stand up in the real world.

The right designer has strong fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition), knows how to execute across different styles (modern, playful, luxury, editorial), and can package work into clean, client-ready presentations.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate on brand identity projects (logos, color palettes, typography systems, icons, patterns, etc.)
2. Build brand guidelines and application mockups (social media, packaging, stationery, etc.)
3. Take my creative direction and refine it into polished designs
4. Deliver neat, editable files in Adobe/Canva/Figma with clear organization
5. Stick to deadlines and maintain reliable communication


Requirements:
- Proven portfolio of branding work (not just logos—show full systems or brand guidelines)
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and either InDesign or Figma
- Ability to explain design decisions briefly and clearly
- Reliability: if you ghost, miss deadlines, or send sloppy work, this won’t last
