I am launching a U.S.-based immigration law practice and seek an experienced brand/identity designer (individual freelancer, not an agency) to create a complete, professional brand kit suitable for a legal‑services firm. The identity must communicate credibility, clarity, and modern professionalism and be ready for both print and digital use.
Absolutely no AI‑generated imagery or logo generators may be used at any stage. All deliverables must be original and provided with fully editable Adobe source files (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Accessibility and legibility matter: please observe WCAG 2.1 AA color‑contrast guidance where appropriate.

*Scope & Deliverables (what you will produce)*
**A) Discovery & Direction**
30–45 minute kickoff conversation, short questionnaire, and a quick competitor scan (3–5 professional‑services comparators).
Moodboards (2–3) with concise rationale.
**B) Logo System (Vector)**
Primary lockup, horizontal, stacked/vertical, and small‑size variants.
One‑color, reversed, and grayscale versions; with/without tagline lockup.
Clear‑space/min‑size specifications and misuse examples.
Final master artwork in .AI, with exports: .SVG, .EPS, .PDF, and transparent .PNG (1×, 2×) at common sizes.
**C) Color System**
Final palette (primary, secondary, neutrals; optional subtle accent if justified) with HEX / RGB / CMYK / Pantone values.
Usage ratios and contrast guidance for body text and call‑to‑action elements (WCAG AA minimum).
**D) Typography System**
Primary and secondary typefaces (Adobe Fonts preferred) with hierarchy (H1–H3, body, captions), tracking/leading guidance, and web‑safe fallbacks.
Licensing notes: identify any paid fonts; client will purchase licenses if required.
**E) Core Applications (Print & Digital)**
Business card, letterhead (print + digital template), and #10 envelope (press‑ready PDF/X‑1a with bleeds and margins).
Email signature (HTML) tested for Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail; include a short install note.
Social headers + avatars: LinkedIn Company, X (Twitter), Facebook; plus favicon/app icon set (16–512 px).
One‑page firm overview (editable .INDD) with paragraph/character styles.
Generic web hero background(s) (1920×1080) as layered .PSD for future digital collateral.
**F) Lightweight Iconography**
A minimal icon set (6) in the chosen style (e.g., line/duotone) representing the following practice areas — Employment, Business & Investment Immigration (primary focus); Work Visas; Family Immigration; Naturalization & Citizenship; Asylum & Humanitarian Relief; and Removal/Deportation Defense — and for UI use, delivered as .AI/.SVG.
**G) Brand Guidelines (PDF, ~12–20 pages)**
Brand story/positioning (short), logo usage, color and type specs, spacing/minimums, contrast rules, iconography, image guidance, stationery examples, social examples, and a file‑handoff map.
**H) File Handoff & Organization**
Structured folder with: /Brand‑Guidelines, /Logos (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG‑1x‑2x), /Color‑Type, /Stationery, /Email‑Signature, /Social, /Icons, /Proofs.
All live text and styles preserved; outline fonts only in delivery duplicates where necessary.
Preflighted print files with bleeds/slug; include source links and any license notices.
Not Included (unless proposed as an add‑on): naming, tagline copywriting, website build, SEO, paid font licenses, stock purchases.
