I run a consultancy and think and write about what's going wrong and how to set it right.

I’m also making a series of explainer videos to explain my ideas.

The job is to help me in any way you can. It could be with research assistance and improving the ideas, but the thing I need most is input into making the explainer videos. So the best person for this job is likely to tick some or all of these boxes

• Young and interested in ideas
• Watches videos to help them learn about what’s wrong and how to improve the world
• Intelligent and questioning
• Don't think they’re more important than anyone else
• More interested in the work than the money — the videos are a not for profit project, though I’d pay reasonably and take the opportunity to pay you more where you were helping on a commercial project for my consultancy.

The role I need to fill right now looking at scripts (which you can collaborate in writing if you like) and to help storyboard them. So coming up with bold ideas for illustrating abstract ideas is important, but then there's the process of collaborating with me to help refine them into storyboards. Then we send them to a motion designer, though if you want to be involved in that we can explore that also.

The most recent person doing this, the job grew from his own abilities and enthusiasms. He ended up doing some great sound design and even some motion design, though a lot of it involved searching the net to apply templates and others' ideas.
