CAD designer/plastics engineer to develop a small product made from nylon/PA12 or similar

Scope:
– concept development and detailed 3D CAD of eyewear model,
– design for strength, durability, and ergonomics,
– very precise tolerance handling for mating components,
– preparing production-ready files for 3D printed prototypes (small test batch),
– later phase: ability to adapt the design for injection moulding.

Requirements:
– experience in small precision plastic parts design,
– excellent understanding of tolerances and component fit,
– ability to work with high-precision projects,
– bonus: experience with PA12 / nylon / TR90 or similar materials.
