JOB #1: CRM & Sales Pipeline Technical Consultant

We are a boutique cybersecurity consulting firm looking for a technical consultant to build out and maintain our sales and prospecting pipeline management systems.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our sales technology stack to ensure our business development process runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an ongoing technical support role focused on system administration and optimization.

What You'll Do:

Set up and configure Pipedrive (or recommend alternative CRM platforms)
Integrate prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) with our CRM
Build automated workflows and email sequences
Create dashboards and reporting for sales metrics and pipeline health
Maintain data hygiene and CRM best practices
Provide ongoing technical support and system optimization
Train team members on CRM usage and best practices

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms
Experience with sales prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and automation
Ability to integrate multiple tools and platforms
Experience with webhook integrations and API connections required
Clear communication skills for training non-technical users
Self-directed and able to work independently

Project Details:

Contract/hourly basis for ongoing work
Initial setup project followed by regular maintenance and optimization
Remote position with flexible scheduling
