Call Center Agent with Readymode Experience

We are AE Roofing & Construction, a high-performance roofing + exterior company based in Tulsa.
We're expanding our inside sales team and hiring 1–2 remote appointment setters to book high-quality roofing inspections.

• This is NOT a mass-dialing job.
• We want quality conversations with homeowners who actually need help.
• Your Role:
• Call homeowners in our service areas
• Ask simple qualifying questions
• Set real appointments for our field inspectors
• Follow our scripts and AEC culture
• Log details in CRM
• Hit weekly KPIs (we’ll train you)
• Requirements:
• Excellent English
• Clear phone voice
• Reliable internet
• Cold calling or appointment setting experience
• Coachable
• Hungry to make money
• ReadyMode experience a bonus
• Compensation:
• $6–$12/hr depending on experience
• Plus bonuses for Qualified Sets + Shows
• Schedule:
• Part-time to Full-time
• US hours (Central Time)
