Canva VA Needed to Build Bulk-Create Bible Study Template (Ongoing Series)

I’m looking for an experienced Canva designer / VA to help me turn an existing, heavily designed Bible study into a reusable Canva template that works with Bulk Create.

I already have:

A finished Canva design (full interior of Book 1)

A detailed field map for Bulk Create

A pre-built spreadsheet (Google Sheet) with all column headers and naming conventions

I need YOU to:

Duplicate my existing Canva design and convert it into a master template.

Replace all current text with the correct Bulk Create placeholders

Maintain all current styling, layout, graphics, and visual details exactly as they are.

Ensure that text boxes are clean, not grouped with shapes, and ready for Bulk Create.

Do a test run with one sample row of data (I’ll provide content) to confirm everything populates correctly.

Deliverables:

1 Canva “Master Template” file fully wired for Bulk Create

Brief Loom video or simple written walkthrough explaining which placeholders are on which pages

(Optional ongoing work): Once the template is ready, I may hire you to generate future books in this series using the Bulk Create setup.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Canva, especially with:

Multi-page documents (workbooks, planners, ebooks, etc.)

Using Bulk Create in Canva

Excellent attention to detail (this is a faith-based Bible study series; formatting needs to be clean and consistent)

Ability to follow a clear field map and naming convention

Optional but helpful: familiarity with faith-based / Christian content

Nice to Have:

Experience preparing templates for KDP or IngramSpark

Experience organizing content for devotionals, workbooks, or journals
