Cinematographic Video Editor Needed for Documentary Trailer
Worldwide
We are seeking a talented video editor to create a captivating 45–60 second trailer for our Kickstarter campaign for the documentary “Reclaiming Digital Independence.” The ideal candidate crafts cinematic, emotionally engaging trailers. Beyond this trailer, we’re also looking for a trusted partner for future productions (additional trailers/teasers, short-form social cutdowns, and doc segments).
You will help translate our (95% final) script into visuals: propose and curate the right shots for each beat, source or license suitable stock, and combine this with our existing footage (plus short quote shots we’ll record). You’ll select impactful music, integrate tasteful typography/graphics, and deliver subtitles in EN/NL/DE (SRT). If you love documentary storytelling and have a strong portfolio of cinematic trailers, we’d love to see your work!
