Civil Drafter/Designer for Campground Layout Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Civil Drafter/Designer or Layout Specialist to finalize the site plan for our new 36-acre Campground/Glamping Resort. The main infrastructure (roads, parking, utilities, amenities) is already designed and fixed.

Your role is highly specialized: you must strategically place and dimension approximately 50 bungalows and 50 tent sites around the existing civil drawings. This requires mandatory experience in reading utility plans to ensure the new site layout minimizes the length and complexity of utility connections (laterals) to each accommodation. This is a technical placement task requiring AutoCAD proficiency.

• A complete, fully optimized, and dimensioned Site Plan/Master Layout showing all approximalty 100 accommodation sites (50 bungalows, 50 tent sites) and their boundaries.
• The final layout provided as a single, technically accurate AutoCAD DWG file (or Civil 3D/similar program).
• The layout must demonstrate adherence to all necessary setbacks and efficient utility run placement based on provided civil infrastructure plans.
