Summary

We are going to place up to 14 homes with a water well and a large septic system on lot 2R1. I need a civil engineer to do the site plan and stamp as a PE licensed in Texas. Score of project includes road/driveway design, septic system design, drainage plan, electrical and water lines.

This will be a small manufactured home community.
