Claim Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented PMG Claim Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating price match guarantee (PMG) claims submitted by clients or internal stakeholders. Your work will directly support ensuring pricing accuracy across online travel platforms and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process PMG validation forms submitted by internal stakeholders or client agents.
- Use internal tools to analyze competitor links for pricing discrepancies.
- Capture and verify screenshots, rate details, room information, and booking conditions from third-party sites.
- Validate or reject claims based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each case.
- Communicate results and findings with relevant team members or client representatives.
- Collaborate with QA, product, and customer success teams to optimize workflows and output quality.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B1+ level)
- Experience working with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Basic familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs), meta-search engines (MSEs), or eCommerce platforms

Nice to have:
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Previous experience with validation or verification processes
