Cleaner Recruitment & Onboarding Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Professionally Maid contracts independent recruiters to assist in our cleaner acquisition process. Recruiters are provided with a list of potential cleaners and their phone numbers. The recruiter’s role is to:

Call each potential cleaner (many are Spanish speaking).
Explain who we are and what we offer.
Gauge their interest and fit with our company
Help interested cleaners complete onboarding steps (such as creating a Booking Koala account, setting up payment info, and submitting documents).
Document all call outcomes in our shared tracking sheet.

Deliverables
At the end of the contract period (usually one week), the recruiter must return the updated cleaner list with notes for each contact, including:

Number of attempts made.
Whether contact was established (yes/no)
Whether a screening conversation was completed.
Whether the candidate should move forward to an initial clean.
Scheduling the initial clean

Engagement Terms
Professionally Maid will communicate with the recruiter at the start of the contract to define:

Size of contact list.
Timeframe for calls (e.g. all calls completed within 7 days).
The minimum and maximum number of attempts per contact (e.g., at least 2 calls, no more than 4 calls, no more than 1 call per day).

Recruiters are responsible for professional, respectful communication on every call. A local phone number is provided for making calls. Needs to call during business hours of Central Daylight Time (GMT -5).
