Client Acquisition Specialist – Outreach, Lead Gen, LinkedIn, SDR Work

We are a fast-growing UK app development studio looking for a driven, detail-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist to help us book qualified sales calls through personalised LinkedIn DM outreach + Upwork proposals.
Nova Launch is a high-end software development studio building premium mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI tools, and automation systems for startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a smart, articulate, emotionally intelligent Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS) who can help us generate qualified leads, book sales calls, and initiate conversations with founders, agencies, and consultants.
This is not a spam-based “send 500 messages a day” role.
We need someone who understands personalisation, psychology, and quality over quantity.
If you enjoy speaking to founders, understanding their challenges, and crafting thoughtful outreach messages — this role will suit you perfectly.
What You’ll Be Doing (Daily):
Sending high-quality, personalised LinkedIn messages (not spam)
Searching for relevant, high-intent leads on LinkedIn and Upwork
Sending well-crafted proposals (we provide templates)
Reaching out to potential partners (agencies, advisors, consultants)
Managing the inbound/outbound pipeline
Following up with warm leads
Booking qualified calls for our founding team
Writing concise, human messages that feel natural and non-robotic
Maintaining a simple CRM with weekly KPIs
This is a communications + emotional intelligence role — not a call-center job.
You Are a Great Fit If You:

Have experience in SDR, BD, agency outreach, or lead generation

Skills That Matter:
Strong written English
Understanding of B2B and startups
LinkedIn outreach experience
Upwork experience (bonus)
Basic CRM knowledge
Confidence speaking with founders
Creativity in messaging
Ability to research and identify good leads
Emotional intelligence
Strong attention to detail
Compensation:
Base Salary+Performance Bonuses:
for every booked and attended qualified call
8% commission on closed deals
(Example: If we close a £40k project → you earn £1,600 commission.)
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with us.
