HR Coach / Hiring Process Consultant Needed (Project + Ongoing Coaching)

Assets Hunters is seeking an experienced HR coach or consultant to help us strengthen and optimize our hiring process. We’ve noticed that our recent hires haven’t been the best fit, and we want to elevate our standards, improve our structure, and ensure we consistently bring in high-quality talent.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong HR background with several years of hands-on experience

Proven experience interviewing and evaluating candidates across different types of roles

Track record of building or improving hiring systems for other companies

Practical, real-world expertise (not theory only)
