Color Analysis Assistant for PDFs and Video Uploads
Worldwide
My name is Paige and I offer a service called "The Color Girl" Miami.
I’m looking for a general color analysis assistant who can help with administrative and creative tasks related to our color analysis sessions.
You’d be assisting with the client take-home PDFs + virtual color analysis reports.
1) Take-home PDF's are for our clients that see us in person in Miami Beach. Paige, the color analyst, writes down loose notes which she can send to you after the session is done. You can put it in one of the 12 appropriate PDF's we have for each season, and then customize the information inside to be prepared for the client.
2) Virtual PDF's are for our clients who purchase a virtual session online. Paige, the color analyst, will give information regarding the persons season. It is your job to fill out the virtual analysis sheet with all information about the clients features from the photos and intake form submitted (eye color, hair color, etc.)
For both of these PDF's you'll be responsible for adding all of this information, along with formatting and organizing them to look beautiful!
You’ll also help us upload edited videos (created by our video editors) to our social media platforms using a platform called Buffer, which allows you to upload on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube at once . Familiarity with CapCut is a plus because we often need to add background music or make small adjustments before posting.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Basic understanding or strong interest in color analysis and how undertones and palettes work.
2) Attention to detail, accuracy matters when entering and formatting client information.
3) A good eye for color and design to ensure PDFs look beautiful and consistent.
4) Comfortable using Google Drive, Canva, Buffer, and CapCut (or open to learning quickly).
5) Reliable communication and responsiveness during EST hours (7am–12pm and/or 8pm–11pm).
Payout:
1) Consistent pay, starting at $200/month - $50/week paid in weekly milestones.
2) If we get to a point where your work is increasing, you will be paid more. We are blessed to be people of faith and true to our word. If the work you do start producing fruit for us, we will happily bump your monthly wage up.
Room to grow with us—if you help improve our client experience and social media systems, your role and pay will increase.
WHAT IS COLOR ANALYSIS?
a) Color analysis is the practice of helping people find the colors that look BEST on them. Everyone has unique undertones in their skin, hair, and eyes. Certain colors naturally make you look brighter, healthier, and more confident, while others can wash you out or emphasize shadows.
b) First, we identify the clients undertones. Through a draping process (in-person) or a photo-based analysis (digital), we compare how different shades interact with your natural features. This step reveals whether your undertones lean warm, cool, or neutral.
c) Then, we place the client into a seasonal palette. Using a 12-season system, we discover whether you are, for example, a Soft Autumn, Clear Winter, or Light Spring. Each season has a full palette of colors that flatter the client most.
d) Next, we give the clients tools they can actually use. They receive personalized guides, digital color swatches, and recommendations for clothing, hair color, and makeup—so shopping and getting dressed becomes effortless.
With the right colors, skin looks smoother, eyes pop, and natural beauty shines through. Many clients say it feels like an instant confidence boost and saves them time and money.
We want to spread this experience we offer and hope you can be apart of the team that helps us do that!
Do not RUSH to apply for this job, please. We are looking for a valuable team member, and are confident we will find it!
