E-Commerce DevOps Engineer / Seller Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce DevOps Engineer Developer / Seller Cloud Specialist to join our growing digital commerce team. This role combines deep expertise in DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce platform integration—specifically focusing on Seller Cloud, a multi-channel retail management platform.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing e-commerce environments that power seamless online selling experiences across multiple channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and various drop ship platforms).

• Key Responsibilities
• Cloud Infrastructure & Automation
• Design, build, and manage scalable e-commerce infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment of e-commerce services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Seller Cloud Management
• Configure, optimize, and integrate Seller Cloud with multiple sales channels and backend systems (ERP, WMS, CRM).
• Develop custom API integrations and workflows for order processing, inventory synchronization, and reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Seller Cloud processes, ensuring data consistency and uptime.
• E-Commerce Systems Integration
• Manage and optimize connections between e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, DSCO, & Commerce Hub).
• Implement and monitor webhooks, API endpoints, and data pipelines for real-time updates.
• Ensure secure and compliant data exchange across all connected systems.
• Performance, Monitoring & Security
• Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog for performance monitoring.
• Maintain system uptime, scaling, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Implement security best practices including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and e-commerce operations to ensure smooth deployments.
• Provide technical documentation and operational support for production environments.
• Contribute to DevOps and cloud best practices across the organization.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or E-Commerce infrastructure management.
• Proven experience managing Seller Cloud environments and integrations. Minimum 1 year experience with Seller Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with:
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
• Cloud services: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda), GCP, or Azure
• IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Version control: Git
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Shopify API, Amazon SP-API, eBay API, or Walmart API.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Understanding of e-commerce data models (orders, SKUs, inventory, fulfillment).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
