Configuring Zendesk for a Customer Service
We are a start-up providing customer service for luxury brands and we are looking for a Zendesk expert who can :
- Complete configuration of the Zendesk tool base
- Groups, views, management and assignment rules
- Signatures, email templates
- Connection of email addresses
- Creation of forms and ticket properties
- Creation of new numbers for Zendesk Talk
- Creation of reporting dashboards
With a depth knowledge for :
Use in development and integration or support on the Zendesk API
Synchronisation and migration of customer databases (back-office or CRM)
Ticket flows generated by third-party sources: forms, leads, etc.
Custom applications to access back office data
