HR Consultant for Salary Benchmarking and Contract Review

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to assist with salary benchmarking, compensation structuring, and employment contract review for 2 employees at managerial roles being seconded from India to Australia. The consultant will have to ensure all the salary packages and employment terms meet Australian statutory and immigration requirements.

• Responsibilities:
• Review the salary benchmarking for identified roles to align with Australian labor market standards
• Assist in determining the compensation breakup (base pay, allowances, benefits, etc.) as per Australian statutory norms.
• Review employment contracts for compliance with local labor regulations and immigration criteria.
• Provide clear recommendations or reports outlining required adjustments for compliance.
• Deliverables:
• Review and confirm salary benchmarking report(s) for designated roles.
• Suggested compensation breakup aligned with Australian statutory norms.
• Reviewed employment contract(s) with compliance comments.
