Content Creator / Cinematic AI Video Editor (Dark Romance, AI)

We are a premium dark-romance audiobook app launching between 17–24 November.
We are searching for a high-level Content Creator / AI Video Editor who can produce cinematic, emotional, and story-driven short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Our creative direction is deeply inspired by:

Their work stands out because of its emotional depth, cinematic composition, and mini-trailer storytelling ,and that’s exactly the direction we want.

This is NOT a basic editing position.
We need someone who can create movie-like micro trailers capturing tension, desire, intimacy, obsession, heartbreak, and heat.

Every video must feel like a short movie trailer with:

emotional storytelling
dark romance tension
atmospheric sound
cinematic pacing
expressive character animations

We also want to incorporate:

Realistic AI voices/audio

emotional background music

subtle SFX

clean editing

smooth transitions


Every piece should make the viewer feel something and want to dive into the app.

Monthly Deliverables

We will release 4 new audiobooks per month, so you will produce:

Per Audiobook (x4)

4 cinematic video clips (based on selected scenes)

1 static post (covers, quotes, visuals)

1 carousel post (moodboard/story aesthetic)

2 POV videos


Monthly Total: 32 pieces

16 cinematic videos

4 static posts

4 carousels

8 POV videos


You will receive:

Your job is to turn them into high-quality cinematic content.


Character Reference Images Provided (Not Final)

We provide reference images of the main characters.
These are not high quality, they only show the:

look
vibe
energy
style
aesthetic direction

You must:

recreate the character properly
refine the look to cinematic quality
maintain perfect consistency across all videos
ensure no random AI changes


High-Quality Visuals & Strict Character Consistency (Mandatory)

Character consistency is absolutely non-negotiable.

You must keep all character details identical in every scene:

Facial structure (eyes, nose, jawline, lips)
Hair
Skin tone
Body type & proportions
Clothing style (dark, seductive, elegant)
Tattoos (must be identical every time)
Scars / accessories
General vibe & presence

If you cannot maintain stable characters across all clips, please do not apply.


Responsibilities

Create all monthly content (videos, POVs, statics, carousels)

Animate characters using AI tools

Maintain strict visual and character consistency

Turn book scenes into cinematic short videos

Add emotional music, SFX, transitions, overlays

Deliver content weekly (fast turnaround 2–4 days per batch)

Work closely with the Social Media Manager

Match our signature tone: seductive, elegant, emotional, cinematic, steamy, dark, captivating



Requirements

Strong portfolio (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts)

Experience with romance / dark romance content (bonus)

Proficiency with:  
CapCut
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI / AI tools

Able to create & maintain consistent characters (tattoos, hair, body, etc.)

Skilled in LoRA creation/training (or advanced AI workflows)

Emotional storytelling + cinematic pacing

Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented

Able to start immediately
