Position Overview:
As a Content Creative x Social Media Manager (Video + Photography + Editor & community engagement), you will play a pivotal role in capturing the essence of our client’s brands through various visual mediums. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of skills, including mid-level photography proficiency, social growth mindset that foster communities and a strong focus on run-and-gun video production with a small setup (camera, good quality phone, good quality light) .
Responsibilities:


Videography and Content Creation for Social Growth & Community Engagement :


Demonstrate proficiency in run-and-gun video production, seamlessly adapting to dynamic shooting environments.
Ability to edit 1 minute, 30 seconds, 15 seconds content
Creating engaging UGC styled content in a social media strategy format rather than a highlevel nike campaign advertising format (lol)

Technical Adaptability:
Understand and implement UGC (User Generated Content) style shooting to infuse authenticity and relatability into our visual storytelling.
Interchange with mobile devices and mirrorless camera
Basic media kit (audio, lighting, camera body, lens, tripods)


Marketing Strategy:
Leverage your technical skills to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that harness the power of visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our content aligns with strategic goals and resonates across various platforms.
Collaboration:
Bring your effective communication and collaboration skills to the forefront, working seamlessly with the team, influencers, and partners.
Apply your experience working with boutique agencies to maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in our collaborative efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hybrid creative (photography + videographer + editing), showcasing mid-level photography skills and a robust portfolio in content creation for social media showcasing social growth.
Strong understanding of tiktok and Instagram Reels, with an emphasis on adapting content to suit various platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with UGC (User Generated Content) style shooting, infusing authenticity into visual storytelling.
