Content and Email Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS/Tech)

Summary

We’re looking for a content marketing specialist to help us execute a structured content and demand generation program. You’ll own the creation, publishing, and nurturing of marketing content to drive MQLs and support sales.

Responsibilities
- Content Asset Creation: Develop and refresh case studies, white papers, and lead magnets (LinkedIn posts, HubSpot landing pages, website updates).
- Blog & LinkedIn Content: Publish bi-weekly blog posts (500–700 words) and recycle high-performing LinkedIn content with SEO optimization.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage a nurture sequence in Mailchimp for MQLs, and send one monthly campaign to our list.
- Webinars: Plan and execute webinars (early/mid-November and beyond), coordinate with leadership on content, and handle promotion + follow-up.
- Event Marketing: Run coordinated pre-/post-event campaigns to drive attendance and convert MQLs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or tech content marketing.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, SEO, Mailchimp (or similar email platforms), and HubSpot website builder.
- Familiarity with webinar promotion and event marketing campaigns.
