We are looking for a highly skilled Content Specialist to join us on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning complex, industry-specific information into compelling, well-researched white papers, blogs, and long-form content. You should have experience collaborating with designers to create engaging visual assets and optimizing written content for SEO and keyword performance.

Responsibilities

Research and produce high-quality, in-depth white papers, blog articles, and content briefs tailored to niche industry topics and specific use cases.

Conduct market, competitor, and subject-matter research to ensure all content is accurate, authoritative, and insight-driven.

Develop SEO-optimized content, including keyword strategy, metadata, internal linking recommendations, and content structure.

Work with a design team or provide design direction to create supporting graphics, charts, diagrams, and visuals for white papers and articles.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, industry standards, and target audience needs.

Review, refine, and update existing content as part of an ongoing optimization strategy.

Meet consistent deadlines and maintain a predictable content production cadence.

Requirements

Proven experience creating specialized or technical content (white papers, long-form blogs, industry reports, thought leadership pieces).

Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.

Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content optimization methods.

Experience collaborating with graphic designers or using tools like Figma/Canva to guide visual elements.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.
