Your role will involve understanding our target audience, implementing effective call-to-actions, and optimizing the user experience to boost conversion rates. Overview
I’m hiring a landing-page expert to design and build high-converting HVAC service pages (no traffic generation required). Your work should be purpose-built to generate calls and booked appointments for residential/commercial HVAC (install, repair, maintenance, emergency).

THE LP WILL BE IN FRENCH

Objectives
• Drive phone calls and form bookings from paid or direct traffic.
• Mobile-first, fast, trust-rich pages that convert cold visitors.
• Clear measurement via event tracking.

Scope (deliverables)
1. Discovery + wireframe (Figma): value prop, page flow, sections.
2. Copywriting (headlines, benefits, offers, FAQs, guarantees).
3. Design (Figma high-fidelity, brand-aligned, assets/icons).
4. Development in Webflow or WordPress (clean, modular).
5. Conversion setup
• Sticky click-to-call, primary CTA above the fold.
• Short booking form (Name, Phone, ZIP/City, Service, Preferred time).
• Trust blocks: reviews, badges, financing, warranties, certifications, “since YYYY”, service areas.
• Offer blocks: coupons/seasonal promos, maintenance plans.
• Emergency vs. standard service variants (optional).
6. Integrations
• Form to email + CRM (HubSpot/GHL/Zoho—TBD).
• Google Tag/GA4 events for Calls, Form Submit, CTA clicks.
7. Performance & QA
• Core Web Vitals pass; PageSpeed 90+ mobile.
• Responsive across modern devices.
• ADA/contrast basics.
• On-page schema (Local Business + Service), meta titles/descriptions.
8. Handover
• Editable files, style guide, copy doc, tracking sheet, simple update guide.

Must-have experience (non-negotiable)
• Portfolio with at least 2 real HVAC landing pages you designed/built.
• Demonstrated conversion outcomes (target 12–25% from warm traffic; share benchmarks).
• Strong direct-response copy + UX for home-services (plumbing, roofing, etc. is a plus).

Nice to have
• Dynamic content (city/service insertion).
• Multi-language capability.
• A/B test-ready structure.

Timeline
• Week 1: Discovery, wireframe, copy draft.
• Week 2: UI design → dev build.
• Week 3: QA, tracking, launch, final tweaks.
(We can compress if you have a tight workflow.)

What to include in your proposal
1. 3–5 links to HVAC landing pages you’ve shipped (state your role).
2. A one-paragraph audit of what you’d put above the fold for an HVAC “AC repair today” offer.
3. Your tech stack (Webflow/WordPress + theme/builder), CRM integrations you handle, and typical turnaround.
4. Fixed price for two landing page (wireframe → live), plus cost for one variant (e.g., Emergency vs. Standard).
5. Any available results (CR%, call volume uplift, speed scores).

Budget
Open to fixed price for the initial page + variant; quality and HVAC proof of work matter most.
