Cosmetic Formulator — Specializing in Pomades, Clays, and Men’s Grooming Products

We’re seeking an experienced Cosmetic Chemist with a solid background in developing and reverse-engineering hair styling products — particularly pomades, clays, and similar formulations.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in formulating and replicating high-performance pomades, clays, and related hair styling products

Proven ability to analyze and match existing products in terms of texture, performance, and finish

Access to a well-equipped  lab with raw materials and the capability to produce small sample batches efficiently

Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, formulation stability, and sensory performance

Proven ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and formulation packs for scale-up and manufacturing handoff

• Develop variations of hair styling products such as pomades, clays
• Reverse engineer existing products
• Provide fast turnaround for samples
• Develop detailed tech packs for manufacturers
