Create a Fully-Branded PowerPoint Theme & Slide Master From Our PDF Brand Book

I am looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer or brand presentation specialist who can take our existing brand book (PDF) and convert it into a clean, professional, and fully functional PowerPoint theme/template.
Your task is to build a complete PowerPoint theme (.POTX or .THMX) that reflects our branding guidelines exactly as presented in the brand book.

Scope of Work:
• Review the brand book (PDF) and extract all key visual identity elements: color palette, typography, logo rules, spacing, grid, layout standards, iconography, and imagery guidelines.
• Develop a complete PowerPoint theme/template, including:
– Slide master
– Title, section break, content layouts (1–2 column, image + text, bullets, data), quote/callout, and closing slides
– Any additional custom layouts that fit the brand
• Ensure all formatting follows brand guidelines (fonts, spacing, margins, colors, alignment, backgrounds).
• Deliver fully editable PPTX and POTX/THMX files.
• Incorporate all provided brand assets (logos, icons, fonts).
• Ensure the final template is easy for internal teams to use.

Requirements:
• Proven experience creating PowerPoint templates based on brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems.
• Ability to work with PDFs and extract visual elements accurately.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout spacing.
• Must deliver an editable, properly structured slide master, not just designed slides.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with corporate branding or marketing teams
• Ability to improve or enhance the visual system if needed
• Experience with Figma or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Ability to turn guidelines into reusable assets
