Create a professional grade mixing and mastering software

I need a person to create a mixing and mastering software which has the following specifications:

1. The user will upload the individual tracks.

2. The user will import a reference song for the mixing process, will select which type of instrument each track is, and each instrument will be put in a metaphorical folder for the software to categorize the tracks, and apply effects and processing to individual tracks and folder tracks.

3. With AI and machine learning, the software will make the right decisions to mix each individual instrument at the same level of loudness, equalization, panning, reverb, delay, and any other effect the song may have, but it has to be suitable for the song to mix.

4. After this process, the software will also decide if it's pertinent to add compression, clipping, situation, transitions, river, echo, delay, or any other plug-in type effect to make the songs sound pro.

5. And at any moment of the mixing process, the user will see faders and buttons for volume, effects, panning for individual track and folder tracks, in case they need or want to adjust manually, though the software must leave the mix at perfection, as good as the reference track.

6. After that, and after the user is happy with the mix, he can click on the option to master the song. Here, the software will ask him for a reference track and the software will match the mix in loudness, EQ, saturation, and effects to the reference track, so that the user gets a final polished product ready for commercial release.

7. (Optional): additionally, as an optional step, and added bonus, the user can translate this process to 3 major DAW: logic pro, Ableton, and ProTools. Here, he'll insert the instance of the software, so that the software can do all the mixing automatically, using stock and/or paid plug-ins the user may have, to achieve the quality of the reference song they provide.
