We are a US-based performance marketing agency generating homeowner leads for top home improvement brands such as roofing, ADUs, energy upgrades, and exterior remodeling. Our success comes from mastering direct response, creative iteration, and data-driven decision making.
We are looking for a creative production assistant who understands the homeowner market and knows how to turn proven ideas into new, high-performing ad variations quickly.
Role Overview
You will work closely with our Creative Strategist to produce new ad variations, write short direct response scripts, and help identify winning angles using prompt-based tools like ChatGPT or Claude. This is a production and execution role with creative thinking involved, ideal for someone who wants to grow inside a high-performing creative team.
Responsibilities
• Create and upload high-quality ad variations based on top-performing creatives
• Use AI prompting to generate scripts, hooks, and ad copy that sound natural and persuasive
• Write or refine short ad scripts (15–30 seconds) for UGC, voiceover, or video ads
• Understand and apply direct response principles: strong hooks, emotional triggers, clear CTAs
• Think like a homeowner in the U.S : tailor messages around savings, upgrades, comfort, and incentives
• Support our team in maintaining a steady creative pipeline across multiple campaigns
Requirements
• Experience in creative production, copywriting, or media buying environments
• Understanding of homeowner psychology and what motivates household decisions
• Ability to write short-form scripts that sell without sounding corporate
• Solid grasp of direct response advertising fundamentals
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to speed up ideation
• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and spoken English
Bonus Points
• Experience in home improvement, energy, or real estate verticals
• Knowledge of Meta Ads creative testing
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
Position Details
