Job Description:
We’re hiring a friendly, patient, and reliable Customer Service Representative to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers through calls, chats, and email.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls/messages professionally
- ⁠Provide helpful responses and resolve customer concerns
- ⁠Update customer information in CRM
- ⁠Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Positive, empathetic attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
