Role Summary
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across email, chat, and other support channels. You’ll assist with product questions, order support, and returns/exchanges, ensuring customers receive clear guidance and the best possible experience. You may also support payment-related enquiries, and experience with Stripe is a plus.

Deliverables
  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
  • - Provide helpful product guidance, usage recommendations, and personalised suggestions
  • - Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • - Assist with delivery tracking and help resolve logistics-related issues
  • - Maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and communication logs
  • - Work closely with fulfilment and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • - Support basic payment enquiries; familiarity with Stripe is highly advantageous
  • - Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • - Consistently deliver a positive, empathetic, and solution-focused customer experience
