Customer Service and Compliance Specialist

We require the freelancer to work 9.00am - 5.00pm UK Time. Monday to Friday. Please do not apply if you are not able to work these hours.

We require a reliable, responsible and honest freelancer to help with our compliance tasks and customer service based duties.

You must be fluent in English and come across professionally on the phone.

The role is fast-paced and you will be required to work efficiently and effectively as part of an online team. It is a role where you will be working for the team within the advertised hours, so you need to ensure that you have no distractions and work in a suitable environment.

Duties include;
Responding to emails through our help desk software
Occasional Call Handling
Using our app software to check client cases
Checking documents
Helping Staff

It is essential that you have previous experience working in customer service.
