Dame Design for a MMORPG Mobile Game

We are seeking a skilled game designer to create a comprehensive Game Design Document (GDD) for our upcoming MMORPG mobile game with a theme of human evolution.
The game shall focus on player interaction, dynamic events, collaboration and learning to better yourself.
We need a cohesive approach that will help our development team to kick start the project with a clear vision in mind.

• Develop a detailed Game Design Document
• Analyze reference and ideas provided and turn them into concrete game mechanics
• Define core gameplay mechanics and game loop
• Focus on player interaction, quests and fun activities
• Define a main quest line and secondary quests
• Find ways to introduce the player into the gaming world and game story
• Set-up a narrative structure/approach
• Collaborate with the development team
• Adapt the Game Idea to the team expertise and budget
• Revise and refine the GDD based on feedback
