Data Researcher Needed for School Contact List in NSW

We are seeking a detail-oriented researcher to compile a high-quality contact list of schools across New South Wales. This list will be used for wellbeing/PDHPE outreach for a children's book brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering accurate and up-to-date information and presenting it in a clean spreadsheet.

What I need:

✔ A full list of NSW schools — public, private, independent, Catholic.
✔ School name
✔ School type (public/private/independent/Catholic)
✔ Suburb
✔ Relevant contact name — ideally the Principal, Deputy, Wellbeing Coordinator, PDHPE lead, or Librarian.
✔ Email address — must be a real person’s school email or a generic admin/office email if no direct contact is publicly available.
✔ School phone number
✔ School website
✔ Any notes (e.g., “Wellbeing contact listed but no email provided,” “Library email only,” etc.)

Output format:
Excel or Google Sheet, neatly organised and cleanly formatted.

Requirements:
– Strong research skills
– Ability to find verified contact info from public sources
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Experience with education or lead-generation research preferred
