UI/UX Designer for Logistics System, App, and Website

Hello, I'm a front-end developer working on a team. We have a client who wants us to design and develop a logistics system for their company. They need a website to receive customer orders and showcase their services, and a mobile app for customers and drivers.
The client's requirements are unclear, and I don't understand exactly what they want. That's why I'm turning to you, given your expertise in user interface and user experience (UI/UX). I'll list all their requirements so you can provide a design upon which to build the front-end and back-end.

• Other services can be viewed on the website I sent you, and you can also customize it there.
Secondly, the website: I want it to be similar to the website I sent you in content, not design, in addition to allowing customers to submit orders and send them to the system through the website.
Thirdly, the application: I want an application somewhat similar to the website, with the main purpose being to request services through it. For the driver, I want the tracking status to be updated via the app, and the driver's location to be tracked via GPS.
