Responsibilities
YouTube Production (Faceless Videos)

    Produce 1 video per day (script polish, voiceover, editing, upload)
    Optimize for SEO (titles, descriptions, timestamps, tags)
    Create mobile-first thumbnails
    Add end screens, cards, pinned comments with affiliate blocks
    Target: 3+ videos/week, 4%+ CTR, 35%+ avg view duration

Language Course Creation

    Develop structured language learning modules from concept with Founder
    Create lesson content, exercises, and assessments
    Build course materials in Systeme.io
    Design engaging, scannable course pages

Funnels & Pages (Systeme.io)

    Build opt-in pages, sales pages, checkout flows
    Set up membership tiers and onboarding sequences
    Maintain product pages for PLR/POD/bundles
    QA all links and UTM tracking

Email Marketing

    Implement welcome, launch, and education sequences
    Segment audiences and manage resends
    Ensure UTM tracking and deliverability
    Target clear CTAs with proper disclaimers

Affiliate Management

    Maintain "Recommended Stack" page
    Write honest product reviews
    Track clicks and EPC weekly
    Rotate underperforming links
