What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing engaging, high-performing videos per week for a fast-growing brand (with potential for more)
- Creating scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads for Meta, TikTok, and beyond based on marketing fundamentals
- Collaborating on performance and creative testing — see what works and scale it fast
- Contributing to our content strategy and marketing direction with your creative input

What We’re Looking For:
🎞️ Solid experience editing eCom or DTC ads (bonus points if you’ve worked with TikTok/Meta creatives)
📈 Understands the why behind high-converting ads (ex. trained via EcomTalent, or similar)
⚡ Fast turnaround, proactive communication, and attention to detail
🎯 Content sourcing - UGC, stock, AI, reddit/tiktok deep dives
📊 Data-driven mindset, hard-working, and hungry to improve
