We are looking for a long-term Email Marketing & Email Management Specialist, preferably with experience in the health, nutrition, or wellness field.

Job Description:

Manage and send daily email campaigns (3–5 emails per day).

Oversee the full email workflow: planning, writing, preparing, scheduling, and sending.

Create engaging and sales-driven email content on topics such as recipes, health tips, diets, lifestyle, and digital products.

Manage email lists, segmentation, tagging, and basic subscriber organization.

Ensure all emails comply with industry rules: avoiding spam-trigger words, maintaining proper formatting, and following best practices.

Adapt tone and style for an audience of women and men aged 60+.

Work with platforms such as AWeber, MailWizz, and GetResponse (practical experience is a strong advantage).

Monitor basic performance metrics (open rate, click rate, spam issues) and report if needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing or email management.

Strong understanding of email compliance, deliverability rules, and spam-safe wording.

High-level English writing skills – mandatory.

Ability to work daily and meet deadlines.

Understanding of deliverability – major advantage.
