Email Marketing Expert Needed (AWS SES + Any Frontend App)

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can set up and configure a mass email marketing system using AWS Simple Email Service (SES) as the backend.
We are open to using any frontend or marketing application — such as Mautic, Sendy, Postal, Mailwizz, or any similar platform — whichever provides the best deliverability and performance.
Objective
To build a stable, high-delivery email marketing system that can handle large-scale campaigns using AWS SES, with all necessary configurations, bounce handling, and tracking properly set up.
Requirements & Scope of Work
AWS SES Setup
Verify domains and configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Integrate SNS topics for bounces and complaints
Set up production access and manage sending quotas
Implement suppression list handling and IAM permissions
Email Marketing Application
Install and configure any frontend tool (Sendy, Postal, Mailwizz, Mautic, etc.)
Integrate with AWS SES for bulk sending
Enable campaign tracking, segmentation, and automation
Set up unsubscribe handling and complaint management
Configure custom sending domains and tracking URLs
Deliverability Optimization
Ensure high inbox delivery and minimize spam issues
Configure reverse DNS, bounce rules, and warm-up process
Validate SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication for all test emails
Apply email reputation and anti-spam best practices
Reporting & Documentation
Provide step-by-step documentation of the setup
Include a basic guide for sending campaigns
Suggest improvements for long-term deliverability
