Needs to hire 3 Freelancers
Summary

I’m hiring a reliable, detail-oriented researcher to help with ongoing contact data projects.
The current project is collecting adult-programming contacts from public library websites across the United States.
There will be ongoing projects over time depending on performance.

This is simple work, but attention to detail is essential.

---

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit official library websites
• Find ONE correct adult-programming contact per library
• Enter data using the exact spreadsheet template (no changes to columns)
• Link directly to the staff/directory page where the contact was found
• Use two-letter state abbreviations
• Only add new, unique, valid (non-bouncing) emails
• Avoid irrelevant roles
• Submit each milestone on a new sheet/tab

A valid lead = an email that delivers and does not bounce.
Bounced emails = deducted.

Pay is per valid unique lead.

---

SKILLS / TOOL AWARENESS (keyword relevance):

Familiarity with common web-scraping and email-finding tools is helpful, including:

Hunter.io • Apollo • Snov.io • Clearbit • Clearout • NeverBounce • ZeroBounce • Skrapp • Lusha • RocketReach

(You do not have to use all of these — this list is mainly for tool-related keyword relevance.)

Basic requirements:
• Must know how to look up real emails from legitimate staff pages
• Must avoid duplicates and irrelevant roles
• Must follow the exact spreadsheet format

---

ACCEPTABLE ROLES (priority order):

• Programming Manager
• Adult Programming Manager
• Head of Adult Services
• Adult Programs Coordinator
• Activities Manager
• Programs Coordinator
• Community Engagement Coordinator
• Music/Concert Series Coordinator
• Events Coordinator (adult-focused)
If none exist → Library Director (backup only)

---

DO NOT SCRAPE THESE ROLES:

• Reference Librarian
• Technology/IT Librarian
• Children’s Librarian (unless no adult programming exists)
• Teen Librarian
• Youth Services
• Cataloging / Technical Services
• Assistant Directors
• Literacy / Education positions
• ANY non-programming role

These will not count.

---

ONE LEAD PER LIBRARY:

Collect one contact per library unless the system has clearly separate branches with separate staff.

---

REQUIRED FIELDS:

You must follow the exact spreadsheet template provided.
No adding, deleting, renaming, or rearranging columns.

---

WORKFLOW:

1. I assign a state

2. You check what’s already done

3. You scrape only the missing libraries

4. You add only valid, unique, non-duplicate contacts

5. You submit each milestone on a new tab

6. You provide brief updates

7. Milestone amount adjusts based on valid leads

---

INSTRUCTIONS + TEMPLATE:

Links will be provided after hiring.

---

TO APPLY — REQUIRED:

Your reply MUST begin with this exact sentence:

“I understand this job requires ONE adult-programming contact per library.”

If your reply does not start with that sentence, you will not be considered.

Then answer:

1. Your experience with email scraping + research

2. Which tools you are familiar with (even basic ones like Hunter.io or Apollo are fine)

3. Your weekly availability

4. Your price per valid unique lead
