Summary

I am seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to me as an entrepreneur/CEO. I'm based in the USA (Mountain Time) mostly and back and forth to Australia. The ideal candidate will manage. My main business is Private Equity which I'm establishing in the USA. Additionally, I have a very small niche high end sporting equipment business. Document completion and organisation, general admin, oversee freelancer management, and assist in building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involved in the role. Excellent communication skills and experience with Google Workspace are essential.

Deliverables

Manage invoicing for smaller business using Xero - oversee automation of this and the website/agent/ordering network
Oversee freelancer management
Assist in building SOPs
Provide general administrative support
Write business letters

Organize and file documents
Update website content
Manage NDA completion and signing
Manage digital marketing campaigns
