Experienced Case Study Writer & Interviewer for SaaS Customer Success Stories

We’re looking for an experienced professional to interview our paying clients and turn their stories into engaging, high-quality case studies for a leading AI chatbot company used by businesses worldwide for customer service and automation.

You’ll conduct 45‑minute recorded interviews via Google Meet, communicate directly with clients by email to confirm their interest and schedule calls, follow a prepared question framework with your own follow-ups to uncover their background, challenges and results, and write a clear, compelling case study (800‑1,200 words) that highlights their experience, results and measurable impact.

Most interviewees will be based in the United States, with some in Europe, so you’ll need to consider time zones when scheduling.

This role requires proven experience conducting customer or client interviews for SaaS, tech or B2B companies, a portfolio of published case studies or success stories, strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication and rapport-building skills on video calls, a reliable internet connection and professional on-camera presence, and comfort managing scheduling and communication by email.

Nice to have: background in marketing, journalism or content strategy, and understanding of conversational AI, SaaS or automation tools. We provide a pre-approved list of clients, access to a company email account for outreach and scheduling, a question guide and tone/style examples, and brand and content guidelines.

Deliverables: one completed interview and transcript, and one fully written case study ready for editing/publishing.
