Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Creative

Professional graphic design for social media, products, and marketing materials
Create visually appealing infographics, quote cards, and branded content
Design product covers, layouts, and user-friendly digital materials
Utilize AI tools for enhanced content creation and design efficiency

🚀 Technical & Marketing

Build high-converting landing pages and sales funnels (ClickFunnels experience required)
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and sequences
Create and optimize Facebook/Instagram/Google ads campaigns
Implement analytics and tracking for performance optimization

📊 Business Management

Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all platforms
Research market trends and competitor analysis in the spiritual/personal development space
Handle customer service and community management as needed
Required Skills & Experience

✅ Must-Have Technical Skills:

Expert in ClickFunnels (or similar funnel builders)
Advanced Graphic Design skills (Canva Pro, Adobe Suite, or similar)
AI Tools proficiency (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
Social media management and content creation
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign)
Basic copywriting and sales page creation
Paid advertising experience (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads)

🎯 Industry Experience:

Previous work in personal development, spirituality, wellness, or coaching niches
Understanding of numerology, astrology, manifestation, or psychology concepts (preferred)
