Expert 3D Visualiser Needed for Wellness Suite Renders and VR Models

We are looking for an expert 3D visualiser who can create showroom-quality renders and Coohom models for our 5×5m wellness suites. The ideal candidate will also develop web-based VR experiences to showcase these spaces effectively. Architectural Designer / 3D Visualiser for 5×5m Home Wellness Suite (Sales-Grade Renders + Web-Based VR)
Longevity Studio is a premium home wellness suite design & installation company based in Ireland.
We are seeking a highly skilled architectural designer / interior architect / 3D visualisation specialist with showroom / sales-suite experience to create the Master Design Templates for two tiers of our 5×5m home wellness suite: Foundation and Horizon.
This is a one-time commission that will form the visual and architectural baseline for all future projects.
We are specifically looking for a designer who can produce visuals similar to real estate sales galleries, apartment-showroom renders, and developer marketing material.
Think: high-end lighting, perfect staging, strong composition, aspirational atmosphere.
You must be able to deliver:
• Architectural drawings
• Coohom-ready 3D models
• Sales-grade, photorealistic renders (1 per tier)
• Web-based VR walkthroughs (WebXR/WebGL — no Unity/Unreal required)
We will provide:
• Base specifications for Foundation + Horizon tiers
• Bill of Quantities
• Contractor Scope of Works
• All required 3D product models (sauna, HBOT chamber, ice bath, RLT bed, etc.)
• Mood references and brand styling
• Material inspiration
You will produce:
1. Architectural Drawings (DWG + PDF)
Compatible with Coohom for future adjustments.
• Fully dimensioned floor plan (5×5m)
• Sections & elevations
• Ceiling plan with lighting
• MEP overlay (power, ventilation, condensate, circuits)
• Foundation Tier + Horizon Tier variants
2. 3D Modelling
• Accurate 5×5m room shell
• Coohom-ready output (.SKP mandatory)
• Application of Foundation & Horizon material palettes
• Warm-lighting preset
• Integration of supplied product models
**3. Showroom-Level Renders (1 per tier)
This is key.
Your renders must look similar to:
• New apartment block CGI marketing
• Luxury SPA/fitness developers’ sales material
• Off-plan show unit visuals
Requirements:
• Photorealistic, sales-grade quality
• Perfect staging and composition
• Warm atmospheric lighting
• Depth, reflections, shadow realism
• Minimal post-production
• Must be suitable for website hero imagery and printed proposals
These will form the baseline from which we generate AI variants (Nano Banana).
4. Web-Based VR Walkthroughs (Browser-Based Only)
You must use a tool that:
• Exports WebGL/WebXR
• Is fully browser-accessible
• Works via link share
• Requires no Unity/Unreal installation
Acceptable platforms:
• Coohom VR
• WebXR-compatible engines
• Web-based rendering or VR frameworks
VR Deliverables:
• Foundation VR walkthrough
• Horizon VR walkthrough
• Two 4K flythrough MP4s (15–30s each)
5. Revisions
• Two revision cycles across all outputs
Required Skills
• Architectural design + interior architecture
• Experience producing real estate marketing visualisations (mandatory)
• 3D modelling (SketchUp required; FBX/OBJ beneficial)
• Coohom model optimisation
• Web-based VR development (WebXR/WebGL/Coohom VR)
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / Corona photorealistic rendering
• Ability to interpret a Scope of Works and BOQ
• Strong communication + ability to hit a 2-week deadline
