We’re hiring a Facebook Ads specialist to manage lead generation campaigns for med spas.
Your core responsibility is simple: keep Cost Per Lead under $10 and maintain consistent lead flow.

This role is focused heavily on optimisation, performance tracking, and producing new creative variations to keep campaigns healthy.

Who Are We:
Aesthetic Acquisition is a marketing and appointment-booking agency for med spas across the US and Australia.
We run Facebook lead generation campaigns for anti-aging and body sculpting clinics and handle the leads through to booking.

What You’ll Be Doing (Tasks & Responsibilities)
1. Funnel & Creative Setup
• Set up client funnels inside GoHighLevel
• Build out new client creatives for campaign launch
• Prepare all ad assets needed for the campaign (images, copy, UGC clips, etc.)

2. Launching Campaigns
• Set up and launch Facebook lead gen campaigns
• Use the correct campaign structure, naming, and settings
• Make sure all tracking and forms are connected properly

3. Tracking & Optimisation
• Track daily CPL, leads, CTR, CPC, spend, and delivery
• Update results inside our ClickUp tracking board
• Identify winners and underperforming ads
• Follow a 72-hour optimisation cycle for each client
• Replace underperforming ads without resetting learning
• Keep CPL consistently under $10

4. Creative Development & Testing
• Create new ads when existing ones fatigue
• Come up with new concepts for images and video ads
• Work with our graphic designer and video editors to produce new creatives
• Upload and test new variations inside the current ad set
• Make sure every new creative improves performance, not resets it

Requirements
• Experience running Facebook lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, delivery, learning phase, and spend distribution
• Ability to create simple ad creatives (images and basic video edits)
• Comfortable working with creative teams (graphic designer + video editors)
• Comfortable using GoHighLevel
• Clear English communication
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to work within US time zones when needed

Requirements
3+ years experience managing and optimising Facebook lead generation campaigns
• Experience with graphic design (simple ad images, layouts, templates)
• Experience scripting and directing UGC video ads
• Experience building GoHighLevel funnels and basic automations
• Clear and fluent conversational English
• Comfortable working with creative teams (graphic designers, video editors)
