Financial Administration for Emailmarketing Agency

Hi there,

We run a leading Emailmarketing agency for ecommerce stores and growing fast. Now we need someone who can manage our finances.

Who we’re looking for a Finance Assistant VA who loves clean spreadsheets, structure and working with a young and ambitious team.

Your job:

- Collect and organize invoices (Stripe + Xero)

- Send monthly invoices (1st every month)

- Check payments in Airwallex & Stripe

- Communicate with our bookkeeper & future CFO

You’re great at

- Accuracy, structure, and deadlines

- Working independently & spotting issues fast

- English communication (Dutch is a plus)
