Summary

We are seeking a Fractional CFO & Contract Owner to work closely with our sales team to initiate contracts and set up billing/invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely payments and manage contract-related financial operations efficiently. Our tech stack is PandaDoc (used for NDA, contracts, etc.) and QuickBooks. We're not willing to move away from QuickBooks, but we are open to moving away from PandaDoc.

Deliverables

Initiate contracts from the sales team (they will let you know the information, terms, scope, etc.)
Set up billing and invoicing processes through QuickBooks
Ensure timely payments
Manage contract-related financial operations
