Fractional CFO + Financial Systems Architect (QBO + Google Sheets Dashboards)

We are a fast-growing marketing agency operating across multiple divisions including brand strategy, social management, content production, talent management, and AI-powered workflows. As we continue to scale, we need stronger financial oversight, forecasting, and operational visibility.

We are seeking a Fractional CFO or Senior Financial Analyst with deep financial modeling expertise and the ability to architect dashboards and reporting systems inside Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online. Monday.com experience is a plus but not required.

Role Overview
We need someone who can step in with leadership-level thinking—not just bookkeeping. This role requires a strategic operator who understands business economics, can analyze numbers deeply, and can build automated reporting systems that drive clarity and decision-making.

You’re building the financial infrastructure for a scaling agency.

Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis across revenue, COGS, margins, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability
• Build custom dashboards and reporting systems in Google Sheets, including:
• Cash flow tracking
• Gross & net margin insights
• Team cost allocation models
• Revenue projections
• Client profitability reporting
• Review and optimize QuickBooks Online structure and categories
• Establish structured monthly reporting, KPI tracking, and forecasting
• Create a scalable system for leadership visibility (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Optional: Integrate reporting into Monday.com using automations
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in finance operations
• Provide strategic guidance as a fractional CFO
• Assist with financial prep for investor, lender, or strategic partner discussions if needed

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Fractional CFO, Senior Financial Analyst, Controller, or similar role
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
• Ability to build automated dashboards in Google Sheets
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Experience working with agencies, service businesses, or subscription models is a strong plus
• Strong systems thinking and organizational skills
• Comfortable advising founders and leadership directly
• Monday.com experience is helpful but not required

Project Scope
• Initial diagnostic: 2–3 weeks
• Systems & dashboard buildout: 4–8 weeks
• Ongoing fractional CFO support: 5–20 hours/month depending on fit
