Freelance Client Coordination Support

City Shift Finance is expanding and looking to add reliable freelance client coordinators to support our growing client base. We work with individuals and corporate clients, and we are looking for someone who can assist with onboarding, communication, and day to day coordination.

The role includes gathering client information, sending clarifying questions, organizing details for the delivery process, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Work is fully remote and flexible. This is not a call center position and does not require continuous availability. You will be added as needed depending on client volume.

• Ability to manage client information and timelines
• Professional and friendly tone with clients
• Reliable and responsive

Nice to have:
• Experience in client coordination, HR support, travel coordination, customer success, or administrative roles
• Experience handling corporate clients is a plus
